AppmyIndia initiative is a platform for students, budding developers and creative minds from all across the country to showcase their innovative ideas and entrepreneurial skills. AppmyIndia contest was spread over a period of 6 months, where MapmyIndia was the house of mentorship and meet ups. Free Workshops were held at MapmyIndia Headquarters at Delhi for developers where professionals in the field of location technology mentored the contestants.
BITS, Pilani was finale ground for the AppmyIndia contest. Contestants were invited to APOGEE 2017, an event sponsored by MapmyIndia at BITS Pilani, where they presented their brilliant apps, ads & ideas before our esteemed judges.
The AppmyIndia Winners 2017 were announced at MapmyIndia mega event Map The Future Conference, held at Kingdom of Dreams on 17th April 2017. The winners were handed over the winning prizes and cheques. Amongst the audience were eminent visionaries from the Industry & Government, Venture Capitalists and technology developers from various organizations. This was viewed as an ideal platform for the participants looking for market support, venture funding and business building mentorship too!
