Amendment and Cancellation policy
Cancellation of purchase after delivery for reasons such as non-performance and/ or mal-performance of the product is only limited to the mobile navigation products purchased. Cancellation of mobile navigation products purchased is valid if cancellation request is made within 10 days of purchase. In such an event if you wish to cancel the purchase, you shall be required to send product via courier (at the company’s address listed below) and the company shall make the refund after deduction of 3% of purchase value.

You can cancel the purchase online. For online cancellation, CE Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. will credit to your credit card the balance amount after deducting 3% of purchase value as service fee.

How do I get a refund after canceling my purchase?
There shall be no cancellation of purchase made for navigator(s) after purchase. If there is a mal-function/non-function of the product, the same may be either repaired or replaced as the case may be. Further, CE Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any mal-function/ non-function of the product purchased occurring due to mishandling and/or manhandling.
